This project focuses on developing a common, structured model for continual improvement. Since 2014, we have built the Continual Improvement Model (CIM) and are now advancing towards integrating modern analytical tools and machine learning to strengthen problem-solving.

with Artificial Intelligence
This project highlights how Artificial Intelligence will transform and combine advanced quality, innovation tools, TRIZ, and new AI-supported methods. The aim is to anticipate failures, set guardrails for AI, and apply quality to global challenges such as sustainability and healthcare.
