The International Academy for Quality is operationally led by our President and strategically guided by our Chairman. The Chairman is a role held by the organization’s immediate past President. To ensure continuity, a President-elect works alongside the current President before assuming the role. Leadership transitions occur in two-year cycles. IAQ also has five Vice Presidents, each heading a committee responsible for research, publishing, communication, examinations, and conferences, along with a Treasurer/Secretary. Strategic decisions are made by the Board of Trustees.
