Marcos Bertin Quality in Governance Medal

The IAQ Marcos E. J. Bertin Quality in Governance Medal recognizes exceptional contributions to the practice or development of sound principles of good governance based on application of quality-related principles and methods.

Board of Directors Evaluation Model

The Board of Directors Evaluation Model provides criteria, processes, and a self-assessment matrix to help boards adopt good governance practices, improve their performance, and serve as a benchmark for the National Quality Award in Board Management.

Publication of Papers and Books

Several papers and books have also published by the members of the Quality in Governance Think Tank to promote quality concepts, methods and tools in corporate governance and applied to Boards of Directors worldwide.

Future in Corporate Gouvernance Project

The Future in Corporate Governance Project explores how boards must adapt objectives, accountability, and practices to address rapid technological, social, environmental, and economic change, ensuring sustainability and applying quality principles in governance.
