Project Purpose
The purpose of this project is to:

synthesize how digital transformation, AI, and Big Data are redefining classical QM;

formalize a Digital Quality Management Framework that embeds real‑time monitoring, predictive control, and autonomous improvement into every stage of the product and service lifecycle;

articulate the “Open Quality” paradigm for transparent, agile, and collaborative quality governance.
